Free Trade Zone in Santa Ana Adds Sustainable Certifications and Maintains Space Available for Lease

Lindora Park, a Class A office complex located in Santa Ana, announced advances in infrastructure, sustainability, and business attraction, consolidating its position as one of the most competitive free trade zones in Costa Rica. Furthermore, its ample parking, green areas, and food court provide well-being for company staff, which, with its cutting-edge technology, LED lighting, and fiber optics, attracts high-profile companies.”
Lindora Park has LEED certification for its future buildings and has been recognized with the national Blue Flag distinction for its environmental practices. It also promotes corporate social responsibility programs.
