Lindora Park, a Class A office complex located in Santa Ana, announced advances in infrastructure, sustainability, and business attraction, consolidating its position as one of the most competitive free trade zones in Costa Rica. Located across from Terrazas de Lindora shopping center, the business park features two five-story buildings (towers A and B) totaling 11,000 m² of office space, as well as two warehouses ready for lease, measuring 3,054 m² and 4,749 m².

As part of its expansion plan, Lindora Park plans to build new towers (C and D), which will add an additional 11,000 m². Construction is expected to begin one year after the contract is signed. The company also announced collaborations with universities and technology centers to strengthen ties with local talent.

The park operates under the free trade zone regime and houses advanced manufacturing, shared services, and technology companies. According to its general manager, Javier Bello, “one of the park’s key features is its access control at both Lindora and Pozos de Santa Ana. Furthermore, its ample parking, green areas, and food court provide well-being for company staff, which, with its cutting-edge technology, LED lighting, and fiber optics, attracts high-profile companies.”

Lindora Park has LEED certification for its future buildings and has been recognized with the national Blue Flag distinction for its environmental practices. It also promotes corporate social responsibility programs.
